Order Information

All our products can be purchased directly through this website. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. All prices are excluding freight. Local sales taxes will be applied at checkout for all orders within the EU. Additional taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. Shipping fees are not refundable. For returns due to failed delivery or unclaimed packages, the customer is required to pay a supplementary shipping cost for the reshipment of the order. The addressee’s address must consist of Latin letters and Arabic numerals, or else we are unable to process the order. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched by our warehouse Lagerservice in Nässjö, Sweden as traceable shipments with UPS, of which the customer is provided with a tracking link by email. P.O. box addresses are not accepted. Our aim is for all orders to be shipped within a week of being placed, subject to eventual delays.

When placing an order online, the email address used for the purchase will automatically subscribe to our newsletter. To unsubscribe or update preferences, scroll to the bottom of each newsletter where the options are available. It is also possible to manually add a preferred email address below. Our newsletters are infrequent and contain only relevant news.

Prices

Prices at time of publication are indicated in grey on all out of print titles, however, the current prices, e.g. via booksellers, respectively from our archive, may differ significantly due to value increase.

Submissions

Libraryman does not accept unsolicited submissions. Unsolicited material will not be answered, reviewed or returned. To submit material we refer to our annual photobook prize, Libraryman Award.
